The ADVA founder and head honcho, Aideen has dreamed of opening her own vocal academy for years. With a deep passion for improving people’s ability to perform and have the confidence to take the steps to stardom, Aideen has been a successful part of numerous one to one and group performances while having a very successful career in the music industry.

• Degree in Music
• 17 years experience in performance
• Lead vocalist in Basork and Balkan Alien Sound, headlining festivals and international events
• 14 years of international coaching and teaching experience.
• Led individual performers and groups at numerous festivals and events.

BRONAGH

With a love for music and teaching others, Bronagh brings a bundle of energy to team ADVA.  Bubbly and down to earth, Bronagh puts everyone at ease and gets the best out of you.

Bronagh describes music as ‘a way to express so many emotions and be in the moment with yourself.’

PHIL CONN

A wealth of experience in running and managing projects allows Phil to support the slick running of ADVA.  With links and contacts to the local music industry, Phil drives forward performance opportunities for our students.

• Over 13 years of Project Management Experience
• Designated Safeguarding Officer
• Falls off bikes regularly
